Living longer and Living Well – It only took 65 years but I think I’ve got it figured out!  Well…almost.

It’s about dumping old, bad habits and replacing them with good habits. That includes exercise, eating healthy, and keeping engaged socially.  Is 65 really the new 50??  I sure hope so because I’ve got a lot of living to do!  How about you?  Follow me as I discuss different topics that affect older adults, their children, the economy and health and welfare.
